The Ray-Ban RB4263's rectangular plastic front takes a 145mm arm in the same plastic — the two figures this compatible pair is matched to. At 145mm it's longer than the 130mm arm used on the visually similar RB4068/4075 pair, so length is the detail worth checking twice, not just the model number's first two digits.
A rectangular plastic arm tends to show stress as a hairline crack right where it meets the hinge, usually after months of being folded the same direction — that's the highest-flex point on the whole temple. A crack there won't get better with glue; it will keep spreading. Replacing the arm is worth doing as long as the rectangular front and lenses are undamaged. Catching it early, while the arm still opens and closes normally, means the front frame never has to be part of the repair at all.

INSTALLATION

1 REMOVING THE OLD TEMPLES:
– Loosen the hinge screw with a screwdriver.
– Carefully remove the temple.
2 ATTACHING THE NEW TEMPLES:
– Align the new temple with the hinge.
– Insert and tighten the screw securely.
3 CHECKING THE FIT:
– Ensure the temples move smoothly and are properly aligned.
