Which nose pads fit my frame?

Go by fitting type and size: check whether the pad arm ends in a stud (push-in) or a slot (clip-on), then measure the old pad along its longest edge and match the figure listed in mm. Silicone compresses, so a millimetre either way works.

Are these original brand parts?

Can I fit nose pads myself?

Yes. Push-in pads seat with thumb pressure until they click; clip-on pads slide in and lock. Support the pad arm so it does not bend.
