These Ray-Ban RW4014 Replacement Lenses are aftermarket lenses made for the Meta Skyler Gen 2 frame. Skyler Gen 2 owners need the RW4014 lens, not the Gen 1 part: the numbers look almost the same, but they are separate models. This pair is made for the RW4014, with a width of 52 mm, a height of 41.9 mm and the upswept cat-eye outline of the frame.

Ray-Ban RW4014 Replacement Lenses: fit and measurements

On a cat-eye frame the lens is not symmetrical: the outer upper corner lifts, and the left and right lenses are mirror images. Each order therefore includes one of each, cut to 52 mm wide and 41.9 mm high for the RW4014. The Skyler has been sold in more than one generation with very similar measurements, so check the code on the inside of your temple rather than going by appearance.

Lens material, colours and coatings

Tinted lenses are polycarbonate with a Base 6 curve and UV400 protection, in the tint you select here; clear lenses are CR39 or polycarbonate, depending on the coating. Grey changes colours the least, green stays close to natural and brown gives a warmer, higher-contrast view. Gradient lenses fade from dark to light, mirror lenses add a reflective front, and clear lenses are there for indoor wear. Coating options are listed below the colours.

Why change the lenses and keep the frame

You have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects and 14 days to return the lenses.

Are these made by Ray-Ban or Meta?

No. They are aftermarket lenses, independently made to fit the RW4014. They are not produced or endorsed by Ray-Ban or Meta.

How do I know this is my model?

Look at the inside of the temple, where the model code and size are printed. It should read RW4014. If it shows another code, look for that model in the shop or write to us before ordering.

Do the smart features depend on the lens?

The camera and LED sit in the frame, not in the lens, and we only supply the lenses. Be careful with the frame while changing them, because it carries the electronics, and never heat it.

Can I fit them myself?

Many people do, but if you are not comfortable working on a frame with electronics inside, ask an optician to do it. Go slowly and do not force the frame or apply heat.
