The sunglasses were well packaged and the quality was exactly what I expected. Customer support was responsive and helpful when I had a question about shipping. I placed an order online

I placed an order online. I received an email informing me that, due to an error, they couldn't see which glasses I had ordered. That was acceptable. However, they then informed me that I needed to pay extra for the option I had selected, despite having already paid for it on the website. They insisted I hadn't. They also claimed I had selected the basic option, which was also incorrect. Their website is clearly faulty. I would definitely not recommend them.
