Sunglasses live in bags, back pockets and car doors, and the temples take the punishment. This section gathers 81 replacement temple arms for Ray-Ban sunglass frames, between €36.33 and €37.73, so a snapped arm costs one part instead of a whole frame.
Coverage runs across the metal classics — RB3025 Aviator, RB3016 Clubmaster, RB3447 Round Metal and RB3548N Hexagonal — and the acetate shapes, above all the RB2140 Wayfarer, supplied in the 150 mm length. Metal temples arrive with the tip fitted; acetate temples come as the complete arm, hinge included.
How to choose the right temple arm
- Match the frame code first: it is engraved inside the surviving temple as RB3025 or RB2140, ahead of the size figures. The model number guide shows where.
- Then match the length in mm — the last of the three numbers, usually 140, 145 or 150. Too long presses behind the ear; too short lifts the frame.
- Note which side you need: each listing states left, right or pair.
- Check the hinge before fitting. Our temple replacement guide explains barrel alignment and screw tightness.
Frequently asked questions
Are these original Ray-Ban temples?
They are compatible replacement parts of independent manufacture, built to fit Ray-Ban sunglass frames; they are not Ray-Ban products.
How do I check whether I need 140, 145 or 150 mm?
Look inside the intact temple: after the frame code come three figures, such as 54-18-140, and the last is the length in mm. If the engraving has worn away, measure along the top edge from the hinge screw to the end of the tip.
Which tool do I need?
A precision screwdriver of around 1.4 mm handles metal and acetate hinges alike. Our accessories section stocks 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 drivers.
Will the colour match my frame?
Finishes follow the standard colourways, so a black or gold temple sits close to the frame it is made for. On a frame worn for years, the new part will look fresher.
What if it does not fit?
Send it back within 14 days. Every temple also carries a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
