2. Shipping Origin

All orders are prepared and shipped from our facilities in Granada, Spain.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Our normal preparation time is 1-2 working days, depending on product availability and warehouse workload.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 20:30 (8:30 p.m.) Madrid time are processed as orders for the next working day.
  • Orders placed between Thursday 20:30 and Sunday are generally processed on Sunday or Monday.

4. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted postal services and courier companies to deliver orders worldwide.
Depending on destination and the shipping option selected, orders may be shipped using national postal services (Standard) or express couriers (Express).

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to the email address used at checkout.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, or additional fees depending on the destination country.

  • European Union (EU): taxes related to shipping are included.
  • United States (USA): taxes related to shipping are included, and we cover customs handling and duty payments when applicable for eligible shipments.
  • Other destinations: any import duties, VAT, local taxes or additional charges applied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot control customs procedures in each country. If your package is held by customs, delivery times may be extended.
When additional documentation is requested, we normally provide it within 1 hour during business hours.

8. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • Once the package has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.
  • If a carrier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipment may be returned or disposed of according to carrier rules.

9. Delivery Delays

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by factors such as flight arrangements, weather conditions, customs inspections, peak seasons, strikes, or other external events.

11. Costs for Refused Packages or Returns from Destination

If a package is returned to us due to refusal by the customer, incorrect address or failure to pay customs duties (where applicable),
the following handling costs may be deducted from the refund:
