6. PAYMENT

Products will be paid in advance by PayPal, credit/debit card or wire transfer.

The purchased product may undergo, due to the manufacturer’s availability, non-substantial modifications in the components, characteristics or performance of the lot that integrate it, as long as they do not imply a demerit of the advertised qualities and performance.

When there are several colors of a product, Replacementarms.com is not committed to send a particular “Color or Size”, if it is not specified in the “Model Color” or “Size” options displayed that product. If the buyer wants a particular color that is not (at that time) in the displayed options for that product, he/she will have to send an email to hello@replacementarms.com indicating the color of his/her preference.

8. BUY EXCEPT GOOD END

The commitment made by Replacementarms.com of sale and delivery of the goods offered is subject to the stock of the advertised product and the availability of the same until end of stock, so Replacementarms.com, in its commitment to quality and customer service, tries at all times that the advertised products are available. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances of interactive multiorder or those others that cause the end of stock of the product, the order and the contract between the parties shall be void under this termination clause, fully restoring the customer in case of prepayment of the amounts paid by the same, without any compensation in favor of either party for breach of contract, consequential damages or lost profits.

Economic shipping will be free worldwide(check available countries at any time). Urgent shipping is available, the price may change for each country.

The Customer is responsible for the goods and service tax, sales tax and all other taxes associated with the order(taxes and customs clearance in each country or other charges not described).

10. WARRANTY

• ReplacementArms.com is not responsible for the glasses you are repairing. 
• ReplacementArms.com agrees to repair or replace with a new one from a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Any scratches on the lenses are considered signs of wear and tear resulting from normal use and are therefore not covered under warranty.
• Deficiencies caused by neglect, shock, misuse or tampering, improper voltage, improper installation not performed by authorized service technicians where applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear from normal use are not covered.
• ReplacementArms.com reserves the right to change its warranties at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice.

11. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

13. DIVISIVILITY

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision hereof and any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severable.

14. MAJOR FORCE

Replacementarms.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Title to the Products passes from Replacementarms.com to Customer at the time the Products leave Replacementarms.com’s warehouse in Granada (Spain). Replacementarms.com will assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the Products that occurs during shipment. Shipping dates are estimates only. Replacementarms.com is not responsible for delays in shipping or failure to ship on the estimated shipping date.

Replacementarms.com will not be responsible for the return of the shipment of a product for incorrect or inaccurate address, or because the customer neglects the collection of the product. In this case the customer will have to bear the costs of reshipment and always once received again by Replacementarms.com.

In case of economic shipment, there is a delay of the shipment or there are no new updates, a claim will have to be made to the competent shipping company and the shipment will not be resent or the amount paid to the customer will be refunded until 60 days have passed since this claim, which the company in charge of the delivery has and that marks the procedure of international shipments. This process can be shortened by the company’s response before the end of the term, delivery or other.
