1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access, browsing, and use of the website www.sunglassrevivers.com, as well as purchases made through it. By placing an order, you fully accept these conditions.

3. Use of the website
The user agrees to:
Use the website legally and responsibly.
Not place false or fraudulent orders.
Provide truthful and updated information.
By placing an order, you declare you are over 18 and legally capable of contracting.
4. Ordering process
Select products and add them to the cart.
Provide billing and shipping details.
Choose payment method.
Confirm order.
You will then receive an order confirmation and later a shipping confirmation by email.
5. Prices and payments
Prices include applicable VAT.
Payments are processed securely via credit/debit card, PayPal, or available methods.
If the payment is not authorized, the order cannot be completed.
6. Shipping
Standard shipping is free to certain countries (see conditions).
Express shipping is available with additional cost.
Customers are responsible for import duties and customs charges in their country.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw without justification.
Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
If the return is due to our error, we cover the costs. Otherwise, return costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of returned items.
8. Warranty
Our products are compatible, non-original parts, clearly indicated on each product page.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects under legal terms.
It does not cover damages from misuse, incorrect assembly, accidents, or normal wear (e.g., scratches on lenses).
9. Liability
Sunglass Revivers is not liable for damages caused by improper use of products.
Liability is limited to the purchase price.
These conditions do not affect your legal consumer rights.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Contracts and use of this website are governed by Spanish law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Granada, Spain, unless consumer protection laws dictate otherwise.
11. Modification of terms
SEVIMEGO S.L. may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of purchase.
