1. Origin of shipments

All orders are prepared and shipped from our facilities in Granada, Spain.


2. Shipping methods by destination

United States

  • Standard / Priority Shipping: USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • Express Shipping: FedEx or UPS.

Due to the current tariff policy in the United States, a surcharge may apply for customs handling and payment of duties on some orders.

United Kingdom

  • Standard / Priority Shipping: Royal Mail.
  • Express Shipping: FedEx or UPS.

Australia

  • Standard / Priority Shipping: Australia Post.
  • Express Shipping: FedEx or UPS.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: Canada Post.
  • Express Shipping: FedEx or UPS.

The preparation time for packages is normally between 0 and 7 working days, depending on stock availability in our warehouse and current workload.

6. Important considerations

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once the package has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.
  • We cannot control customs procedures in each country. If your package is held by customs, delivery times may be extended. When additional documentation is requested, we normally provide it within 1 hour.
  • Any taxes, duties or additional charges</strong applied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders completed after 20:30 (8:30 p.m.) Madrid time are processed as orders for the next working day.
  • Orders placed between Thursday 20:30 and Sunday are generally processed on Sunday or Monday.

8. Costs for refused packages or returns from destination

If a package is returned to us due to refusal by the customer, incorrect address or failure to pay customs duties, the following handling costs may be deducted from the refund:
