We build parts that outlive the reason you needed them. Every lens, temple and accessory we sell carries a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your 14-day right to change your mind.
What the 3-year warranty covers
It covers the things that are our responsibility — the way the part was made:
- Delamination, peeling or bubbling of a mirror, polarised film or coating.
- Cracks or deformation that appear without impact, under normal use.
- Optical defects in the lens: distortion, inclusions, visible waves.
- Hinges, screws or metal cores that fail in a temple arm under normal wear.
- Colour that fades unevenly or turns patchy in normal daylight exposure.
If any of that happens within three years of delivery, we replace the part. No shipping charge to you.
What it does not cover
- Impact damage, drops, scratches and scuffs from ordinary use or cleaning with the wrong cloth.
- Parts modified, cut down or re-tinted after purchase.
- Normal cosmetic wear on frames and temples.
- Loss or theft.
Scratches are the one thing no coating survives forever. If you scratch a lens, a fresh pair costs a fraction of a new pair of sunglasses — which is the whole point of what we do.
How to make a claim
- Write to us from our contact page with your order number.
- Send two photos — one of the whole part, one close-up of the defect. Daylight, no flash.
- We reply by email with the outcome. If it is a manufacturing defect, we ship a replacement; you do not pay postage either way.
14-day returns, no explanation needed
Changed your mind, or the shade is not what you pictured? You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a refund. Just tell us — we do not ask why.
A word on compatibility
Our lenses and temples are compatible replacement parts, independently manufactured and cut to fit the frames they are listed for. They are not products of Ray-Ban, Oakley or any other brand, and we are not affiliated with them; brand names appear only to identify which frame a part fits. Every reference is measured against the real frame before it goes on sale, and if a part genuinely does not fit the model it is listed under, that is on us — the 14-day return covers it and we would rather hear about it.
