Returns and Exchanges
By law you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal and return. The customer will bear the cost of return.
Please check that the package is in good condition when you receive it. If you notice any anomaly in the packaging, please state it on the delivery note so that you can complain to the agency. In the event that it is not noticeable, you have 3 working days to report the incident to hello@replacementarms.com attaching photos and description of the observed as complete as possible. For more information, please consult the terms and conditions.
Return or exchange process:
- Contact us at hello@replacementarms.com before requesting the exchange of any product, to advise you on how to carry out the exchange process. Always within 14 days of receipt.
- Once the exchange has been authorised, you can send us the product, you must protect it properly so that it is not damaged during shipment. You are responsible for sending us the product.
- Once we receive the goods in our warehouses, and after checking the state of receipt of the same will be refunded by the same method of payment used between 1-5 working days in the case of return or will be sent back your article.
Please note:
- We do not refund shipping costs unless the product delivered to the customer has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the one ordered. Maximum payment of return shipping costs is 6€.
- Please remember that the products are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our offices.
- We recommend sending the package with a courier service that contains insurance with the value of your package and is certified with an official document.
- Please keep this certificate until we confirm that we have received your package.
