Returns and Exchanges

At Sunglass Revivers we want your shopping experience to be clear and reliable. That is why we provide a simple returns and exchanges policy, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation in the European Union.

Right of Withdrawal

• You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return without needing to provide any reason.

• To exercise this right, simply contact us by email with your order number and the product you wish to return.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Returns will not be accepted for items damaged through misuse or with clear signs of assembly that prevent them from being resold.

• Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong product, or transport damage), we will cover all shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or a mistake made when ordering, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or color, the process will be handled as a return followed by a new purchase.
