At Sunglass Revivers, we are committed to offering a transparent and reliable shopping experience. All returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with European Union consumer regulations and the specific conditions of our business.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return, without needing to provide any justification.

To request a withdrawal, please email us at hello@sunglassrevivers.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return

You will receive confirmation and return instructions within 1–2 business days.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of assembly, scratches, deformation, misuse, or damage cannot be returned.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (if applicable) cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.


Return Shipping Costs

1. When Sunglass Revivers covers the cost

We cover all return shipping costs if the return is due to:

  • A wrong or incorrect item received
  • A defective product
  • Damage caused during transport (proof required)
  • An error made by our team

2. When the customer covers the cost

If the return is due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item ordered
  • Wrong size/model selected

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.


Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or color, the process is handled as follows:

  1. The original item is returned
  2. A new purchase is made for the desired item

This ensures accurate inventory management and faster processing.


International Returns

For customers outside the European Union:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error from our side.
  • Customs fees, import costs, or additional charges applied by your country are not refundable.
  • Packages returned due to refusal to pay customs fees may incur additional costs.

Refund Processing Time

After receiving the returned product:

  • Inspection time: 1–3 business days
  • Refund issued: within 14 calendar days
  • Total estimated time: 5–17 days depending on the country of return

You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.


Additional Important Notes

  • SEVIMEGO S.L. is the merchant responsible for returns and refunds.
  • Sunglass Revivers sells compatible replacement parts, not original Ray-Ban® or Oakley® products unless explicitly stated.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Orders refused on delivery or returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional fees.
