We only sell replacements for models that belong to Luxottica (owner of Ray-Ban and Oakley since 1999). If you bought your glasses a long time ago, they probably belong to the previous manufacturer Bausch & Lomb, if that is the case, we don’t have any spare parts for your glasses.

This will help us identify the issue. There should be a serial number on the side of one of the temples of your glasses. Please upload a photo of the serial number as shown below. If the number has faded over time and is no longer visible, upload a photo of your glasses as well as a photo of the temples.
If you believe that any item from your order is missing, please attach a photo of the package you received with all the contents inside. Make sure to check inside the envelope, as something might be stuck inside.
You need to return the merchandise to us, in its original packaging and in good condition. After we receive the package and verify that everything is in order, we will refund your order within the next 5/7 business days. Please be sure to include your name and order ID/number so that we can identify your package.

If you’ve purchased a pair of original temples for your Ray-Ban or Oakley glasses, they will have a different serial number as they are replacements. The same temples can work with different models and are manufactured with a generic serial number that works with all compatible models. This doesn’t mean that the temples you’ve purchased are not original or not the same; it simply means that the engraved serial number belongs to an original replacement part.
